Problems of large vibration and bearing overtemperature often occur during operation. According to experience, for motors with a center height> 200 mm, the idling vibration value is ≤30 μm, and the load operation is ≤60 μm. For example: LS-315-MP4 motor, 132kW, 250A, idling vibration value 7.8 μm, service life of the bearing under load is only 1 year, after repeated diagnosis and inspection, it was found that the vibration was fatigued due to the fatigue of the steel and the common steel foundation fixed parts As a result, after rebasing the foundation, the bearing replacement cycle of the motor is> 3 years.
